Is it going to be Long Winter Months or Short Winter months this year?

Seems like winter has started late this year in Chicago. Today is the first coldest day of the season... so what do you think, is it going to be a long winter this year or shorter?

I think it is going to kill summer in Chicago... I mean shorter summer longer winter cold days...going through June 2012.

What do you think?

Looking at current situation... seems like winter has been mild... but you never know it might be milder compare to last year but could get dragged into summer months.

My suspicion is that winter months in Chicago will go through Mid Jun.
