At Sushi Wabi Restaurant in Chicago, The menu is an innovative blend of appetizers, entrees and different types of sushi specialties. The range of appetizers is absolutely appealing and irresistible and it is available as both cold and hot appetizers. Most of the appetizers do contain seafood such as the ebi and soba salad, bay scallop, tuna tataki and sunomono. Ebi and soba is a preparation of orange sesame shrimp in chilled green tea soba noodle salad. Bay scallop is served with an assortment of fresh seaweed, tomato, onion, lemon, avocado sour cream sauce, chives and tobikko. In hot appetizers, one can choose hotategai, which includes seared sea scallops made in an apple and plum puree or yakitori where skewered chicken is seasoned and then grilled and brushed with redy miso paste.
